- Enterprise Information System
This modern ERP system integrates the different computerized systems in the company while supporting the commercial and industrial management by providing real time data of departments such as, the financial system, customer CR system, purchasing, production and shipment systems.
- Traceability Information System
This batch traceability system ensures an accurate information input regarding each batch throughout the entire production process: Growing, manufacturing, storage and shipment.
This system enables the Company to receive all necessary information of the end product, from its original raw material thru all the processing stages. The information is then integrated with the different analysis provided by our internal and external laboratories, which have been conducted at each growing and processing stage. The entire data accumulated is then linked to the final shipment batches.
The traceability system is based on the following:
- Raw material is handled in batches at each stage along the manufacturing process.
- Each stage is controlled by a software system.
- Each batch is identified by a bar code ID which is controlled by a bar code system.
- Machinery Control System
All of the processing equipment is monitored by special controllers and advanced software which enables the adjustment and verification of the equipment according to special needs and definitions.
